Mindful Yoga was born out of a desire for pure, healing yoga for the community in an intimate, warm and inviting environment.
Our therapeutic methods are rooted in breath, mantra, meditation, ayurveda, and asana. Using a blend of techniques and one-to-one assistance, classes are based on the needs of the student. This personalized style offers a rich, deep, satisfying experience.

The Mindful Yoga Studio is dedicated Classical or Raja Yoga - 8 fold path to enlightenment providing for health and healing in everyday living. Students work in a relaxed state allowing energy to be directed inward for balance and awareness.
