The Mindful Yoga Studio is located in the Old Elm Executive Park across from Baker Street Restaurant. Drive to the back of the buildings on the southeast corner. We share the door with Dr. Sta Romano.  The Suite #150 is above the door.  When you walk into the vestibule we are on the right. Look for the

MINDFUL YOGA sign.

Please walk in! We are open 30 minutes prior to the start of classes or by appointment.
