The Mindful Yoga Studio is located in the Old Elm Executive Park across from Baker Street Restaurant.   Drive to the back of the buildings. We are on the southeast corner and share a door with Jacobson Real Estate.  When you walk into the vestibul we are on the right.  You will see the yoga brochures.

 Please walk in!  We are open 1/2 prior to the start of classes or by appointment.
