Monday evening must register with UW Parkside for mini course 595-2307
Monday evening 5:30 & 7pm will be Yoga 1 for 6 weeks
(an option to extend to 7 weeks will be discussed during the 6 week class)

Class Registration/Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration may be completed via mail or by contacting Mindful Yoga at 262-859-2151
Pre registration is recommended for all classes and workshops
Tuition is due by the first class. There are no refunds.
Classes with insufficient registration may be canceled after the first week. If class is cancelled payment may be applied towards future classes, privates, workshops, or a prorated refund will be offered upon request.
Observances For Yoga Practice
To show respect for yourself and others during class Mindful Yoga strongly recommends that you honor the following guidelines:
· Wear non-binding clothing for free movement · No perfume or cologne in class · Practice in bare feet, no socks · Please arrive on time for class; preferably 10 minutes prior to the start of class · Allow at least 2 hours after eating for class · If you must eat prior to class, eat lightly and refrain from meat
