Class Policies:
  • Pre-registration recommended, tuition due by first class. Sorry no refunds
  • Classes with insufficient registration may be canceled after the first week. Payment of cancelled class may be applied towards future classes, privates, workshops, or a prorated refund will be offered upon request.
  • Students may begin anytime, no need to wait for a session to begin
  • Drop-ins welcome anytime -

            $15 per class

            $18 for Yoga 2

  • Students may make up missed classes at any class within the same session

Observances for Yoga Practice

To show respect for yourself and others during class Mindful Yoga strongly recommends that you honor the following guidelines:

  • Wear non-bindng clothing for free movement
  • No perfume or cologne in class
  • Practice in bare feet, no socks

  • Please arrive on time for class; preferably 10 minutes prior to the start of class

  • Allow at least 2 hours after eating before class

  • If you must eat prior to class, eat lightly and refrain from meat
