E-RYT 500, students are directed through practice that explores opening the heart to the mind-body connection; allowing for a better life, increased energy, stamina, and flexibility. 

Our therapeutic methods are rooted in breath, mantra, meditation, ayurveda, and asana.  Using a blend of techniques and 1-1 assistance, classes are based on the needs of the student.  This personalized style offers a rich, deep, satisfying experience.
